Lead Influence & Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are developing Riorise — a mobile MMO RPG. The game combines an open world, roleplay (RP), life simulation, racing, and a social sandbox where thousands of players interact in real time.

We are looking for a Lead Influence & Affiliate Marketing Manager.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Define and execute a global influence and affiliate marketing strategy to drive product growth in key markets;

• Lead the development of two направления: paid influencer integrations and affiliate programs;

• Build and scale a creator ecosystem, from top-tier influencers to long-tail community creators;

• Establish systematic scouting, development, and relationship management with creators across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Kick, etc.;

• Develop and optimize a creator affiliate program (revenue share, CPA, hybrid models), including partner motivation and retention;

• Own full-funnel performance: from awareness (CPM) to monetization (LTV), including CPI, ROAS (D3/D7/D14+), and retention;

• Implement and scale attribution systems (promo codes, deep links, App Store / Google Play referrer tracking);

• Partner with analytics to build a data-driven approach: dashboards, forecasting, incrementality, and channel impact on business metrics;

• Manage budgets (including 6–7 figure quarterly spends), ensuring maximum ROI;

• Test new hypotheses, channels, and formats, and rapidly scale successful solutions

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 3+ years of experience in influence / affiliate marketing in gamedev;

• Strong expertise in performance marketing: blended ROAS, LTV, cohort analysis, incrementality;

• Hands-on experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar);

• Experience building and scaling affiliate or influencer programs from scratch or during high-growth stages;

• A strong network of contacts (agencies, influencers) in LATAM / MENA / SEA regions.
