For which tasks (responsibilities)?
· Purchasing daily office supplies (fruit, stationery, and other consumables)
· Budget control and ensuring all items for office-related activities are invoiced and paid
· Participation in office events organisation: decorating the office, arranging delivery of necessary supplies, participation in enhancing of our events and office activities
· Controlling the performance of office cleaning services
· Overseeing and coordinating courier services for employees and equipment delivery
· Communication with system administrators during onboarding and offboarding processes: issuing and collecting passes and equipment
· Finding and managing relations with vendors and suppliers for office procurement and event organisation
· Other office-related tasks
What kind of professional are we looking for?
· Experience in a similar position
· Proficiency in English language (you will be communicating with contractors and signing documents in English)
· Ability to work in a multitasking mode
· Willingness to help people and constantly improve the office space
